LeatherBagsKingdom ships worldwide using Ukrposhta.
Shipping cost depends on the product, destination, package size, and shipping service selected or available for the order. Shipping is therefore not a fixed amount for all products and destinations.
Most products are ready to ship. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by postal operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
A tracking number is provided for shipped orders when tracking is available. Customers can use the tracking information to follow the shipment through the postal carrier.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, please contact LeatherBagsKingdom through the Contact section and provide the order details and any relevant photographs or tracking information.
We will investigate the situation and intend to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the order value.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a package is returned to Ukraine because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the order amount may be refunded after the returned package is received. Original shipping costs may not be refundable when the return is caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Reshipping may be possible, subject to availability and payment of the additional shipping cost.
